  • Jean-Pierre Lagane has held the position of CEO at Coges since 2018. Always committed to serving clients, he has established his reputation as a trusted manager for high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs, thanks to his deep expertise in wealth management solutions.
    Before joining Coges, Jean-Pierre founded Lagane Family Office SA in 2009, which merged with Coges Corraterie Gestion in 2018 to form a major player in independent asset management.
  • His career at Crédit Agricole (Switzerland) SA was marked by several strategic roles. A member of the Executive Committee and then the General Management of the Private Bank, he was successively in charge of key functions from management to improving the performance of sales teams, with a specific focus on private clients.
  • A key milestone in his career was his initiative in 1997 to create the Independent Managers’ Department, which remains a significant achievement to this day.
  • Academically, Jean-Pierre holds a Master’s degree from the Institut Technique de Banque at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM) and an engineering degree specialized in economics from ENITA Bordeaux, further solidifying his strong foundation in finance and management.
